Pretto’s Pasta

Pretto’s Pasta came to Koala Creative in need of a revitalized look. Starting with branding they wanted a logo that matched their premium quality lasagnas. We took inspiration from branding like 

Ace Bakery and other black-and-white logo designs. Since Pretto’s heritage derived from Italy, it only felt right to have an illustrated Tuscan farm field. As one of the first major lasagna companies in Canada, they wanted to express that within the branding which is why you’ll notice the logo is a badge shape to showcase the pride and longevity of the business. 

Once the branding was complete we started their revamped packaging for their famous lasagnas and arrived at utilizing colour coordination to differentiate the amazing flavours from one another. 

Over the years of working together Koala has been fortunate enough to create POS materials, freezer wraps, sell sheets, and many more exciting creative projects with the Pretto’s Pasta team.
